We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.
We make every effort to describe our products – including Super Feed, Uttam Pellet, Bypass Dairy Special and Multigrain Chokar – accurately. Product images are for illustration; actual bag design, colour and pellet appearance may vary slightly. Composition, pack sizes and availability may change with raw material supply and product improvements. The details printed on the bag at the time of purchase will prevail over the website.
Prices are not fixed on the website, as they depend on the product, pack size, quantity, location and current raw material rates. The price confirmed by our team at the time of order applies. Prices include or exclude GST and transport charges as stated in the quotation or invoice.
Payment terms (advance, cash on delivery, bank transfer or UPI, or credit for approved dealers) will be agreed at the time of order. Always pay only to the official bank account or UPI ID shared by Sitara Feed Industry. We are not responsible for payments made to any other person or account.
We deliver across Gorakhpur and nearby districts of Uttar Pradesh through our own supply and dealer network. Delivery timelines shared with you are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, festivals, transport availability or other causes beyond our control. Ownership and risk of the goods pass to you on delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and check it on arrival.
As cattle feed is a consumable product, opened or used bags cannot be returned. However, we stand by the quality of every bag:
Feeding quantities, milk yield improvements and other guidance on our website, packaging or from our team are general information only. Results depend on the animal’s breed, age, health, fodder, water and overall care, and are not guaranteed. This information is not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian, especially for sick, pregnant or high-yielding animals.
Store bags in a cool, dry place on a raised platform, away from moisture, rain and direct sunlight, and use the feed before the date printed on the bag. Change feed gradually over 7 - 10 days.
Submitting a dealership enquiry does not create a dealership, franchise or agency. Appointment of a dealer is at our sole discretion and becomes effective only after a written agreement is signed by both parties. Territory, margins, credit, targets and other commercial terms will be governed by that agreement. We never charge a fee to apply for a dealership – please report anyone asking for money in our name.
The name Sitara Feed Industry, the Super Uttam (सुपर उत्तम) brand, our logos, bag designs, photos, videos, text and other content on this website belong to Sitara Feed Industry or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use them – including on packaging, signboards or social media – without our prior written consent. Dealers may use our branding only as permitted in their dealership agreement.
When you send us a review, testimonial, photo or video, you confirm that it is genuine and your own, and you allow us to publish it on our website and social media with your name and location. We may edit it for length or clarity without changing its meaning, and we may choose not to publish content that is offensive, false or unrelated. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.
Our website links to and uses services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Translate, Google Reviews, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. These are run by other companies under their own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Hindi translation is provided automatically by Google Translate and may not be fully accurate; the English version prevails.
To the extent permitted by law, Sitara Feed Industry will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss – including loss of milk yield, income or animals – arising from the use of our website, reliance on general guidance, improper storage or feeding, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of the products in that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concern amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
